THE CHANUKAH MENORAH PARADE

After meny weeks of preperation finelly the parade was here. we started off out side the yeshiva with about 60 to 100 cars where we took to the streets of sydney we drove therew town then on to the oprah house finely we came to martin place where we lit the big menorah. here's some pic's click on them to make them big

One of my jobs in yeshiva is to help out with the menorah parade so for the last week I've been putting my skill's from ottawa to work and building and fixing 100 menorah's here's some pic's of me at work

SAILING TRIP

Elizabeth the 2nd, the queen of England, held a salutation event marking the 350th year since the revival of the Jewish community in the kingdom. The event was attended by salient representatives of the Jewish community. "I believe that at this time, Jews are positioned honorably within the British society, and that the chief Rabbi is considered even by non-Jews as the 'voice of conscience", said Rabbi Hershel Glick, one the invited guests. "Such and event held by the queen, who personally serves as the hostess, illustrates a substantial degree of respect towards the Jewish community", he told interviewers of the NRG site.
